This efficient process achieves a thermal drop of up to 15°C, significantly reducing energy consumption while ensuring consistent and repeatable dough temperatures.
By minimizing or eliminating the need for ice in the mixing process, the system not only shortens mixing times but also enhances overall production efficiency.
